Every item we sell is sourced through New Jersey's licensed supply chain and lab tested under state rules before it can legally be offered for retail sale. That testing sits upstream of us, at licensed cultivators, manufacturers, and independent testing laboratories, and a product cannot move to a retail shelf without clearing it.
What that means for you in practice: the packaging you take home carries the state-required label information, and the product inside came through a tracked, tested supply chain rather than an unregulated one. If you want the label or testing detail on a specific item, ask the store team while you are in the store and they can show it to you with the product in hand.
We do not make health or therapeutic claims about any product, and we do not promote potency. Our menu describes what a product is, not what it will do for you.
Age is checked at every channel, including delivery and the drive-thru
You must be 21 or older with a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID to buy from us. No medical card, registration, or referral is required. That one rule does not bend, and it applies identically no matter which of the four ways to buy you use.
ID is verified in store, at the drive-thru window, when you collect a reserve-ahead order, and again at the door on a same-day delivery before anything is handed over. The check is the same at every channel, because the license makes no distinction between them.
If a valid photo ID cannot be produced, we cannot complete the sale, including for regular customers our team recognizes. It is not a judgment about you. It is the condition our license runs on.
What our license does not permit
Cannabis you buy from us is legal for adults 21 and older to possess and consume in New Jersey under state law. It is not legal to give or sell it to anyone under 21, to consume it in a vehicle, to drive after using it, or to carry it across state lines, including into Pennsylvania, since federal law and other states' laws still apply the moment you leave New Jersey.
Your order leaves the store in state-required child-resistant packaging with the label intact. Keep it in that packaging, keep it out of reach and out of sight of children and pets, and keep it somewhere a guest will not mistake it for ordinary food. Keeping the label with the product is also how you keep the state-required label detail on hand.
