Pennsylvania Residents Do Not Need to Live in New Jersey to Buy
New Jersey's adult-use program is not restricted to New Jersey residents. Eligibility is based on two things: being 21 or older, and presenting a valid government-issued photo ID. Where that ID was issued does not change whether you may purchase at a licensed New Jersey dispensary. A Pennsylvania resident who meets the age requirement is treated the same as a New Jersey resident at the counter.
You also do not need a medical card. One Green Leaf is a licensed adult-use retailer operating under New Jersey CRC license RE000846, an Annual Class 5 Cannabis Retailer license held by One Green Leaf LLC. There is no patient registration, no physician paperwork, and no in-state address to prove. You show ID, you shop.
The short version: residency is not a requirement. Age and a valid government-issued photo ID are.
Cannabis Bought in New Jersey Must Stay in New Jersey
This is not a technicality and it is not something we can soften. Carrying cannabis across a state line is a federal offense, regardless of what either state's own law says. If you buy at One Green Leaf, that product has to remain within New Jersey. Taking it into Pennsylvania is illegal, and we will not help anyone plan around that.
We are putting this near the top of the page on purpose, because it is the part that matters most. There is no version of this rule with an exception for small amounts, for personal use, or for a short drive. The state line is the boundary.
We also will not describe Pennsylvania's own cannabis laws in detail here. Those rules change, and a stale summary from a New Jersey retailer is not a reliable source. For anything about Pennsylvania law, consult Pennsylvania's official state resources directly, including the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the Pennsylvania General Assembly.
What to Bring: A Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older. A Pennsylvania driver's license is a government-issued photo ID and is treated the same as a New Jersey license here. Other government-issued photo IDs include a state identification card, a passport, and a military ID. The ID has to be current and it has to be yours.
Entry is limited to people 21 or older with their own valid government-issued photo ID, including anyone riding along who does not plan to buy. If your ID is expired, unreadable, or belongs to someone else, we cannot serve you. That is not a house preference, it is how licensed adult-use retail works in New Jersey.
Have the ID ready when you walk in or pull up to the drive-thru window. It keeps the line moving and gets you to the menu faster.
Four Ways to Buy at One Green Leaf
There are four ways to shop with us, and all four are open to visitors from Pennsylvania on the same age-and-ID terms. You can walk in and shop the floor with a budtender, reserve ahead for pickup, use the drive-thru window, or order same-day delivery.
Reserve-ahead pickup and the drive-thru window are both there if you would rather not shop the floor, and same-day delivery is available as well. Whichever you choose, a valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older is required at the point of handoff.
Whichever way you buy, the live Dutchie menu is the only accurate picture of what is on the shelf. It updates in real time. We do not publish prices, potency figures, or stock counts on this page because those move throughout the day.
What We Carry and How to Check Availability
Our categories include flower, vapes and carts, edibles, pre-rolls, concentrates, wellness products such as tinctures and topicals, and drinks. Cannabis beverages are part of what we carry. BOHO Euphorics Fruit Punch, labeled at 5 mg THC per serving, is one beverage we have carried.
We will not tell you a specific product is waiting for you. Inventory turns, and a page written last month is not a shelf. Check the live menu before you make the drive, and if something specific matters to you, reserve it ahead for pickup rather than assuming it will still be there. Effects vary from person to person, and how quickly they are noticed and how long they last differ between individuals, so nothing here should be read as a prediction of what any product will do for you.
If you shop with us more than once, High Society Rewards is our loyalty program. It is tiered by points, running from Lifted up to Cloud Nine, and members redeem $3 to $5 off per reward increment depending on their tier. Ask in store to enroll.
Getting Here and Visiting Responsibly
We are at 95 N Lakeview Dr in Gibbsboro, in Camden County, South Jersey, about 30 minutes from Philadelphia. We serve Gibbsboro, Voorhees, Clementon, Stratford, Berlin, Lindenwold, Somerdale, Magnolia, Pine Hill, Laurel Springs, Blackwood, and Hi-Nella. Worth knowing if you are mapping a route: Cherry Hill opted out of recreational sales, and Marlton is Evesham Township in Burlington County, not Camden.
Two rules govern what happens after you leave the store. Public consumption is restricted in New Jersey, so the parking lot, the sidewalk, and the car are not places to open a product. And driving while impaired is illegal, with no allowance made for cannabis over alcohol or the reverse.
Combine those with the state-line rule and the picture is simple. Buy in New Jersey, keep it in New Jersey, do not consume in public, and do not drive impaired. We are glad to have visitors from Pennsylvania, and those are the terms that keep it that way.
