For pickup, build your order on the online menu, place it, and come by to collect it. At the drive-thru, you still show your ID at the window. Delivery brings your order to your door the same day within the service area, and the person receiving it shows a valid 21 and older ID at handoff.
In store is a good choice for a first visit because you can ask questions face to face and see products up close. If you already know what you want, pickup and drive-thru are the fastest routes.
Your budtender and how to pay
A budtender is the staff member who helps you shop. They can explain the difference between product types, walk you through the menu, and answer questions about formats and aromas. There is no pressure to know cannabis terms before you arrive. Tell them it is your first visit and what you are looking for, and they will point you in the right direction.
